About the position
We are seeking an experienced and driven Agile Scrum Master / Team Lead to guide cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact projects. The ideal candidate brings strong Agile expertise, leadership ability, and a background in financial or demand planning environments. This role will focus on enabling team performance, removing delivery roadblocks, and enhancing collaboration and transparency across stakeholders.
RequirementsKey Requirements:
- 5–8 years' experience applying Agile methodologies.
- Proven leadership of technical teams using Scrum.
- Strong project management skills.
- Financial or accounting background (preferred).
- Solid understanding of demand and forecast planning.
- Certified Scrum Master; experience as a team lead.
- Knowledge of Agile tools, facilitation, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
- Growth mindset and strong interpersonal skills.

- Strong communicator and problem-solver.
- Results- and solution-oriented with high accountability.
- Able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Role Overview:
- Lead Agile ceremonies and coach teams on best practices.
- Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and delivery alignment.
- Foster a safe, transparent, and collaborative team environment.
- Identify and remove delivery impediments.
- Improve Agile maturity and communication across stakeholders.
- Support project coordination where needed.
