What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Architect and design cutting-edge IT/OT infrastructure solutions in line with global business strategies


  • Drive technology innovation by scouting and implementing next-gen platforms and emerging trends


  • Collaborate across global, matrixed teams and become a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders


  • Shape and influence architectural decisions with full lifecycle accountability – from ideation to implementation


  • Partner with projects, vendors, and operational teams to ensure safe, efficient, and scalable solutions


  • Lead research initiatives and design reviews that align tech capabilities with strategic outcomes


  • Build roadmaps, standards, and governance frameworks that future-proof infrastructure environments




RequirementsWhat You Bring to the Table:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field


  • TOGAF certification (or equivalent) – non-negotiable


  • 8+ years' experience in corporate IT architecture, preferably in mining or heavy industry


  • Strong track record in infrastructure, application development, and deployment


  • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with multiple vendors and offshore teams


  • Demonstrated business acumen, stakeholder engagement, and cross-cultural collaboration


  • MDP / MBA or similar management qualification – a strong advantage
