What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Analyse and facilitate the translation of business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
  • Work closely with development team to design, implement, and test requirements including any required system integration.
  • Facilitate technical connection requirements for any system integration required
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, system architecture changes, data mappings, and user guides.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of manual test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting with business counterparts to ensure data quality and defect resolution
  • Participate and provide feedback on UAT activities
What You Bring
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in IT.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on backend applications and system integration
  • Familiarity with user management tool principles & practices and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Supply Chain processes and SAP will be beneficial
  • Willingness to collaborate with teams in different time-zones.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • Must have an excellent ability to multi-task effectively
  • Must have key Business Analyst principles
  • Must have project management skills.
