As a Business Intelligence & Business Analyst, you'll gather, analyse, and document data and analytics requirements, translating them into technical solutions that align with business objectives. You'll design and propose data models, collaborate with developers on implementation, and ensure quality through testing and validation. You'll maintain and improve data models, provide expert-level support, create documentation, and conduct training for stakeholders. Your work will directly impact data-driven decision-making within the financial services industry.
You'll join a leading consulting firm that partners with major players in the financial sector, delivering innovative solutions across Africa. You'll bring at least 3 years' experience in business analysis, data design, and systems analysis within a data and analytics environment. Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and translating business needs into technical specifications are essential. A degree in Statistics, Finance, or a related field is required, with knowledge of data warehouse methodologies, BI best practices, data governance, and visualisation. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills will round out your profile.
