This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with 1–2 years’ project coordination experience who wants exposure to engineering and clean energy projects.
Role Purpose
To execute and/or support the successful delivery of renewable energy and battery storage projects by assisting with planning, coordination, execution, reporting, compliance, and stakeholder engagement under the guidance of the Programme Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Apply project management principles throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist with development and maintenance of project plans and schedules
- Support project documentation, reporting, and compliance activities
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, design, OHS), contractors and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and escalate risks or delays
- Facilitate site visits, inspections, and reporting
- Assist with financial tracking, budgets, procurement, POs and invoices
- Support health, safety, environmental and quality compliance processes
- Prepare presentations, meeting minutes, and communication materials
- Support RFQ processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Minimum Requirements
Experience
- 1–2 years’ experience in project execution, coordination or administration
- Exposure to engineering, construction, or renewable energy projects
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Project Management (PMBOK framework advantageous)
- Technical background with knowledge of renewable energy systems
