Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• HR qualification
• Drivers license and own vehicle
• 2+ years' experience inclusive of Skills Development submissions to SETAs and Employment Equity submissions
• Sound knowledge of Skills Development Act (QCTO, SETAs, Skills Funding options, WSP and ATR processes), Labour Law and Employment Equity Act

Overview of position

• Skills Development submissions to SETAs.
• Employment Equity analysis and submission.
• Liaising with clients.
• HR administration.
• Preparing clear, concise reports.

Salary Bracket
R20 000 to R28 000 pm CTC, depending on experience, qualification(s) and current / previous package
