About the position
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with deep Telecommunications OSS/BSS expertise to design, develop, and maintain large-scale, mission-critical digital platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and enhancing customer, product, billing, charging, orchestration, and service provisioning solutions within a complex telecommunications environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java development, microservices, API integration, OSS/BSS platforms, cloud-native architectures, CI/CD practices, and a passion for leveraging emerging technologies, including AI-driven engineering capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Software Development & Architecture
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-performance Java applications.
- Build scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise-grade software systems.
- Develop distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Contribute to solution design and technical architecture discussions.
- Optimize applications for scalability, performance, availability, and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
OSS/BSS Platform Development
- Design and implement solutions across OSS/BSS domains including:
- Customer Management

- Service Provisioning
- Assurance and Support
- Develop and maintain integrations between OSS/BSS platforms and external systems.
- Support end-to-end telecom business processes from customer onboarding through billing and service assurance.
API & Integration Development
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and integration services.
- Build and maintain multi-provider API integrations.
- Implement API security, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Integrate with third-party partners, network systems, billing platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Support TM Forum Open API standards where applicable.
Orchestration & Automation
- Develop workflow orchestration solutions and state-machine driven business processes.
- Implement automated service fulfilment and provisioning workflows.
- Build event-driven architectures supporting real-time service activation and operational processes.
- Drive automation initiatives across telecom operational environments.
Operations & Reliability
- Build solutions that support
