About the position
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee IT operations in Cape Town.
- Provide telephone, remote, and onsite support at various locations around the city.
- Install and configure CCTV, networking equipment, computers, and servers.
- Support in-house systems and develop SOPs/documentation for clients and head office.
- Manage suppliers, procurement, quoting, and invoicing.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong technical and communication skills.
- Certifications: A+, N+ (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office 365, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Good knowledge of networking, wireless systems, cabling, and CCTV.
- Experience with remote monitoring and support tools.
- VOIP knowledge is advantageous.
- Basic IT management experience, including maintaining SOPs and documentation.
