PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
To support and maintain the organization's and clients technology infrastructure.
Ensuring that the technology infrastructure of a company runs efficiently, providing technical support, maintaining systems, and resolving issues to keep everything functioning smoothly.
NB: Own car and valid drivers license is essential lots of travelling to client site.
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:
Desktop support experience
Must be able to work well under pressure
Must be able to work well on his / her own and in a team
Log all work done & follow prescribed processes and procedures
SKILLS:
Office 365 – Exchange online
Windows 10 / 11
Hardware - laptops and desktop, IP .Wifi, Troubleshooting, DNS , DHCP
QUALIFICATIONS:
Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals
Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
