Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT support team, ensuring high performance and professional development
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of IT infrastructure, including telephony, networks, hardware, and software
- Ensure IT systems run smoothly to support the daily operations of the call centre
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance security and efficiency
- Coordinate with other departments to identify technology needs and solutions
- Manage IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments
- Maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions
- Ensure compliance with data protection and IT security standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Team Leader, IT Support Manager, or a similar role in a call centre or customer service environment
- Strong technical knowledge of call centre systems, networks, VoIP telephony, and CRM software
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CCNA, ITIL, Microsoft, CompTIA) are a plus
