About the position
Overall, Purpose of the Job
Purpose Statement
- This role, like all others in the group, must prioritise “making every guest a returning and referring guest”.
- Directs the implementation of appropriate and effective technology solutions in a cost-effective way to meet the process requirements of all divisions within the business.
- Uses project management methodology to involve all relevant stakeholders.
- Works closely with the business divisions to gain an in-depth understanding of business processes, services and the context in which the business operates.
- Reviews assigned business processes from end to-end to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
Education (Formal Qualification Required) Minimum
- Grade 12. BCom degree in business or related field preferred.
- Diploma or certification in Business Analysis. Computer literacy is essential particularly with a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Advantageous Diploma or certification in Project Management (PRINCE2 or PMBOK) beneficial.
- Legal Requirements (e.g. Driver’s License, etc.) Detail Valid driver’s license. Experience (Minimum Experience Required - Number of years) Minimum (Years) Management of IT teams.
