IT Support Technician
• Relevant IT qualification (Diploma, Certificate, or Degree in Information Technology or similar).
• Proven experience in an IT support role
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, and basic hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with printers, routers, and general office IT infrastructure.
• AI ERP systems experience
