About the position

We are looking for an IT Technician.
You must be a well spoken, neat, an energetic go getter and willing to go the extra mile for our clients.

Duties:

  • Installing and commissioning computer hardware and software.
  • Maintain customer desktop and networking equipment.
  • Analyzing and solving any serious problems that arise at customer sites.
  • Manage and resolve all calls placed for the Desktop Support environment.
  • Ensure service levels are met for all logged calls while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction that meets the Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Education and Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+,

Technical Skills:

  • Strong desktop support skills, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and support an added advantage but not required.
  • Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Desktop Support Experience:
  • Proven experience in providing desktop support to end-users.
  • Ability to install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software.
  • Troubleshooting skills for desktop-related issues.

Communication and Customer Service:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Problem-Solving Abilities:

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Adaptability:

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
  • Ability to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Time Management:

  • Efficient time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks.

Team Collaboration:

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Must be hands on

The ability solve problems when they arise.

Willing to travel.

Must have a valid driver's license.
