What you will be doing:
- Administer / support MS Active Directory and/or Entra ID, including creating, amending, and deleting user accounts.
- Supporting end-user devices (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices), operating systems, and Office 365 apps.
- Troubleshoot networking and security issues.
- Monitor, investigate, and remediate security threats.
- Support anti-virus and security solutions.
- Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Office 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune)
- Resolve service requests in adherence to SLAs.
- Provide escalated support to IT Administrators.
- Support voice applications, video conferencing, and biometric access control equipment.
- Attend meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
What our client is looking for:
- MCP/A+/N+/M365 Certified Administrator or equivalent
- Experience in desktop support/Tier 1 IT Support Engineer
- Experience with Office 365 and Azure installation and support, and installing and troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
