What you will be doing:
- Deliver responsive technical support for desktop issues, Office 365, Exchange Online, and network infrastructure.
- Administer and support security systems, including Mimecast and firewalls, to ensure a secure and stable environment.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain computer systems, while managing IT assets and software licenses.
- Provide excellent customer service and contribute to IT projects with a solutions-focused approach.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation to support knowledge sharing and operational efficiency.
What our client is looking for:
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+ / N+, CCNA, MCITP, etc.)
- Proficient in troubleshooting desktop issues and diagnosing technical issues across various systems.
- Experienced in managing Office 365, including Exchange Online and supporting Office 365 apps and CRM systems.
- Knowledgeable in administering Mimecast and familiar with firewalls.
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrates excellent prioritisation abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange and networking concepts (wireless, wired, switches, VLANs, telephones).
