IT Service Manager Reverside is a leading IT services provider delivering Software Development, IT Resourcing, Digital Transformation, and Systems Support solutions. We are seeking an experienced IT Service Manager to oversee IT service delivery, drive continuous improvement, and ensure services align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage IT service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee incident, problem, change, and request management processes. Monitor SLAs, service performance, and operational KPIs. Lead IT support and operations teams. Manage vendors, contracts, and service budgets. Ensure compliance with security standards, POPIA, and internal policies. Drive proactive monitoring, vulnerability management, and service reporting. Requirements Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 5–7 years of IT service management or operations experience. At least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Advantageous Certifications ITIL 4 Foundation (or higher) PMP / PRINCE2 CISSP / CISM / CRISC AWS Certification
