About the position

DUTIES:

  • Identify and reach out to leads, driving top of the sales funnel pipeline growth.
  • Identify and engage with leads to understand their IT needs and challenges.
  • Present and promote the solution - both platform and services - to leads, showcasing capabilities and ROI relevant to their pain points, and business needs.
  • Understand possible lead / acquisition concerns and pre-empt with relevant information, data and use case best practices as well as sharing relevant sales collateral along the sales cycle.
  • Prepare proposals and quotes based on pricing strategy and model.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to sharpen sales strategy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate closely with our technical team to ensure seamless implementation and support for clients.
  • Successfully hand-over signed deals to the technical teams so they are fully enabled to build solutions and hand over to customers.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Maintain, update, track and analyse records on lead relationships and movement through the sales cycle in the CRM and actively look for improvements for higher conversion and more efficiency.
  • Update the Sales team and Executive team on opportunities, pipeline movement and any relevant information impacting lead generation, pipeline movement or conversion.
  • Keep abreast of sales best practices and trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Driver's license & own vehicle (REQUIRED)
  • 2+ years sales experience (REQUIRED)
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative of Technology products and solutions. Preferably experience with selling to small to mid-enterprise size companies in the Manufacturing, Retail, Property, Legal and Logistics industries and more.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships externally as well as with internal stakeholders.
  • Results-driven and problem-solving mindset with a proven track record of achieving Sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, manage multiple relationships and collaborate across internal departments.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and win over clients.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and Monday CRM systems and accuracy in managing sales documentation and data.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
