About the position
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT Engineering is essential
- 3 years' experience in implementing supply chain technology
- Project Management experience
- Driver's license with own vehicle
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients
- Collaborate wit clients to understand their specific supply challenges and tailor solutions to meet their needs
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate client needs
- Use data-driven insights to develop amd implement strategies for continuous improvement
