About the position
Matric and Tertiary qualification . 3 ot 5 years plus of Managing a Sales Team. Overall responsibilty and accountabilty for the Store . This role is pivotal in planning and directing day to day operations to exceed customer expectations, building and inspiring a high -performance team and optimising sales opportunities , revenue and finnacial targets . Also responsible for ensuring effective managemnt and stock control processes to minimise risk.
Retail operations and experience from Vodacom , Cell C, Cape Union Mart, Incredible Connection , Massmart Makro, Dischem Edcon TFG Stores .
