IT Recruitment Specialist

About the position

Responsibilities :

• Facilitate the recruitment process of new candidates.
• Obtain a request to fill the vacancy from the manager.
• Develop a relationship with business stakeholders to obtain insight into the business and specifically fulfill the requirements by timely support
• Prepare job profiles and place advertisements on various job portals
• Discuss further detailed job specs with the relevant manager.
• Screen and shortlist applications received via job portals or referrals
• Assist Management by Coordinating the interview process
• Provide manager with complete interview pack inclusive of all relevant documentation
• Administer tests and assessments
• Conduct in-depth telephonic interviews with shortlisted candidates as requested by the relevant manager

Qualifications ;

• Relevant tertiary qualifications, Bachelor's degree (preferable)
• 8-10 years of recruitment experience in an IT environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• End-to-end IT recruitment is a must.
