IT Operations Specialist/ Manager – Mobile Networks



EMEA & USA Support

Qualification and Experience Required

  • Experience: 5+ years in IT Operations
  • Degree: Information Systems (or equivalent experience)
  • Certifications: ITIL Foundation & Project Management (Advantageous)

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Supporting Connected Drive Mobile Network Operations across EMEA & the USA
  • Managing eSIM Subscription & Mobile Network Solutions (4G, 5G, NB-IoT, SMS)
  • Collaborating with vehicle development teams to shape the future of connected mobility
  • Handling Incident, Change, & Problem Management to ensure seamless operations
  • Driving big data solutions with external partners to uncover insights & optimizations
  • Improving MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) for ITSM incidents & enhancing service delivery
  • Managing Release Processes, DevOps, & Agile Frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Steering external service providers (Mobile Network Operators, Support Providers)
  • Translating business needs into tech solutions while keeping a laser focus on quality
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Solid IT Operations experience – enterprise-level Incident, Change, & Problem Management
  • Project management skills – keeping stakeholders happy & projects on track
  • Mobile network expertise – understanding of 4G, 5G, NB-IoT, SMS, eSIM, SIM Subscription Management
  • ITIL / ITSM process knowledge – because best practices matter
  • Agile & DevOps know-how – working smarter, faster, and better
  • Strong communication & documentation skills – explaining tech in ways that make sense
  • A knack for improving systems & processes – you don’t just maintain, you innovate
