About the position

Responsibilities / Key Performance Areas•    Support all staff with hardware and software issues (first and second line)

•    Administer Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive

•    Manage Azure Active Directory / Entra ID — users, groups, MFA, conditional access

•    Own network infrastructure: switches, routers, fibre lines, branch connectivity

•    Manage cybersecurity: endpoint protection, Microsoft Defender, DMARC/DKIM/SPF, phishing response

•    Procure hardware, maintain asset registers, manage supplier relationships

•    Manage all IT vendors, service providers, and software subscriptions

•    Develop and enforce IT policies (acceptable use, security, passwords, AI use)

•    Own IT onboarding and offboarding checklists

•    Manage on-premise servers: health checks, patching, backups

Requirements

•    3 to 6 years in an internal IT support or IT Officer role

•    Solid Microsoft 365 and Azure AD admin experience

•    Good networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLANs, switches, routers)

•    Strong cybersecurity awareness and endpoint security experience

•    Ability to work independently and manage a full IT function alone

•    Diploma or degree in Information Technology or similar
