What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the technology support helpdesk for all company staff.
• Oversee all network servers and business cloud storage systems.
• Ensure data security protocols are updated on schedule.
• Lead a team of internal technical support staff members.
• Manage computer hardware upgrades for all company staff teams.

Required Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Alternatively hold a Commerce degree in Informatics or equivalent.
• Possess at least five years of staff management experience.

Required Experience

• Possess five years of experience leading technology support teams.
• Show an ability to solve computer network problems daily.
• Demonstrate experience managing data security protocol systems at work.
• Apply skill negotiating contracts with external software vendors.
• Display experience migrating business servers to internet cloud environments.
