In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee a team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining hybrid infrastructure solutions that integrate on-premise systems and Microsoft Azure cloud services. You'll drive critical IT projects, manage change, and ensure operational continuity across core platforms like Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and identity services. You'll champion security compliance, disaster recovery planning, and infrastructure innovation while mentoring your team and managing stakeholder expectations. You'll have a degree in IT or a related field and at least 7 years' experience in infrastructure, including 3 years in a leadership or project management role. Your expertise spans hybrid cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure, with certifications like AZ-104, AZ-305, and AZ-500. You're proficient in managing virtualised environments, scripting with PowerShell, and ensuring ISO27001 compliance.
