What you will be doing:
- Build and nurture strong partnerships with both technical and non-technical teams, fostering a collaborative and trusting environment.
- Collaborate closely with business owners and product managers to translate business needs into project deliverables (Epics, features, user stories, and UI mockups/wireframes).
- Act as a liaison between business partners, product managers, and technology teams to define features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring their timely implementation.
- Organise and lead engaging requirement-gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders.
- Plan sprints, manage the backlog, and maintain momentum for yourself and the team.
- Team up with technical resources to develop solutions that meet customer expectations.
What our client is looking for:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related IT field.
- Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to convert business functionality and opportunities into clear, concise, and easy-to-read artifacts, including UI mockups, user stories, and functional requirements.
- The ability to think analytically, solve problems, make decisions, and collaborate and work with a team in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to interact and develop relationships with all levels of personnel, including management, from both business and technology teams.
Work Type:
- Hybrid with 3 days in their Cape Town or Centurion office
