About the position
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders across business and technology to understand strategic objectives and organisational priorities
- Develop and maintain a holistic view of the organisation, including business processes, capabilities, information flows, and technology assets
- Analyse and define current state and future state architectures, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Align business strategy, operating models, and processes with IT and digital strategy
- Produce enterprise-level models and artefacts, including capability maps, process models, data flows, and solution views
- Facilitate strategic discussions and decision-making by translating complex business needs into structured insights and recommendations
- Ensure that solutions are efficient, sustainable, agile, and adaptable to evolving business needs
- Bridge the gap between business and technology by integrating people, processes, data, and systems
- Operate across multiple levels of detail, from high-level strategy to detailed analysis where required
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Business Analysts and contribute to best practices within the organisation
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
- Postgraduate qualification in Business Analysis, Information Systems, or related discipline
- IIBA-aligned certification (e.g. CBAP, CCBA)
Experience
- 8+ years’ experience in Business Analysis
- Proven experience operating at the enterprise or strategic level
- Experience across business, technology, and process domains
- Demonstrated ability to work in complex, ambiguous environments
Technical / Professional Knowledge
- Business Analysis frameworks (e.g. BABOK)
- Enterprise analysis and strategy modelling techniques
- Business process modelling (e.g. BPMN)
- Data and information modelling concepts
- IT architecture and systems thinking
- Change and transformation methodologies
