Responsibilities:
- Manage IT Audit involvement in multiple audit engagements.
- Ensure quality documentation by team members following agreed IT Audit templates.
- Achieve required realization, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Support the implementation and annual assessment of the firm's IT controls.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, providing technical knowledge and coaching.

Requirements:
- Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, ACA, or CPA.
- CISA Certification.
- 7+ years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience with IT General Controls (ITGC) and auditing application controls.
- Experience in a Big 4 professional services environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
