About the position
Our client, a well-established national provider of portable air and energy solutions, with operations across five regions, is seeking an experienced ISO Consultant to lead the implementation of an Integrated Management System (IMS) across its operations.
This is a hands-on implementation role suited to an experienced ISO professional who can independently develop, implement and drive management systems through to certification readiness.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, development, implementation and certification readiness of the following management systems:
- ISO 9001: Quality Management Systems
- ISO 45001: Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems
- ISO 14001: Environmental Management Systems
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Quality Management, Environmental Management, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience implementing ISO management systems.
- Demonstrated experience with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 implementation projects.
- Lead Auditor and/or Internal Auditor qualifications will be advantageous.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel nationally, when required
Responsibilities:
- Conduct gap analyses against ISO requirements.
- Develop and implement an Integrated Management System (IMS) across multiple operational sites.
- Draft and review policies, procedures, processes, and supporting documentation.
- Establish compliance monitoring and reporting frameworks.
- Facilitate management system training and awareness programmes.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support management review processes.
- Prepare the organisation for external certification audits.
- Drive implementation activities and ensure readiness across all relevant sites.
- Travel between regional operations as required.
