About the position

Who we're looking for

We are looking for a smart graduate to join our Investor Operations team to be one of our next superstars.

Graduates from maths, engineering, finance, etc backgrounds are likely to adapt well but all are welcome to apply.

You will be someone who enjoys working in a small, collegiate team and thrives on detail. You will be an integral part of our Operations team which handles the smooth flow of all the investments we make, investor communications, as well as ensuring that we're doing everything in a manner compliant with the UK financial regulations that govern us.

You are likely to be someone that enjoys lots of early responsibility, you have an eye for detail, and you aren't afraid of questioning existing ways of doing things.

What you'll be doing

• Managing the progress of investments that we make from start to finish or any point in between
• Interfacing with investors and queries they have with regard to their investments and their account
• Getting into detailed spreadsheets and solving interesting problems
• Ensuring compliance with our regulatory duties
