You take ownership, spot issues early and follow them through to resolution. Naturally organised and accountable, you manage deadlines confidently, communicate well with stakeholders and aren't afraid to ask questions. You enjoy learning, working collaboratively and getting the detail right.
Sitting at the heart of asset administration, you'll manage the end-to-end trade process, capture instructions, monitor settlements and resolve trade queries. Your day will span cash and liquidity files, pre-trade compliance checks, reconciliations, Finswitch uploads, swap margin payments, account openings and operational queries with brokers, LISPs, Mancos, banks and administrators. You'll enjoy the variety and responsibility, with your accuracy directly supporting smooth fund operations.
Join an established South African collective investment scheme (Manco) where collaboration between investment managers, administrators and other industry specialists is central to delivering effective investment solutions. It's a regulated, detail-driven setting offering valuable exposure across local and offshore investment operations. You'll be office based 4 days per week in Parow, Cape Town.
Bring 2-5 years' experience in investments or asset administration, with a solid understanding of Management Companies, fund accounting and the trade lifecycle. Familiarity with administrator processes and industry systems such as Finswitch is important, alongside strong reconciliation, prioritisation and stakeholder communication skills.
