We are looking for an experienced Investment Specialist to support advisers, strengthen investment capability, and drive adoption of market-leading investment solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical investment expertise with adviser engagement, training, and commercial insight
Role Overview
You will work closely with Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs), tied agents, Business Consultants, and franchise leaders to:
- Activate and onboard new IFAs
- Provide technical investment support
- Drive product positioning and adoption
- Identify new business and growth opportunities
- Deliver investment training and capability-building
Key Responsibilities
- Activate and support IFAs with product and fund positioning
- Analyse adviser books and identify gaps or growth opportunities
- Provide investment insights across funds, products, and platforms
- Deliver training sessions and technical workshops
- Support product rollout and quarterly investment updates
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Finance, Investments, Economics or equivalent)
- Strong investment knowledge, including:
- Investment funds & products
- Performance analysis
- Portfolio construction
- LISP platforms
- 5-10 years' relevant experience
- Strong communication, presentation and adviser-facing skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
