You'll work closely with the Head of Distribution to grow the IFA channel through meaningful, face-to-face engagement. This includes educating Advisors, supporting their practice growth, presenting market and fund insights, and assisting with portfolio construction. You'll build strong stakeholder relationships, host regular engagement sessions, and act as a key link between advisors and the investment team.
You'll join a boutique, entrepreneurial investment firm with a strong reputation for innovation and collaboration. The business combines asset management with a broader advisory ecosystem, offering flexibility, autonomy, and exposure to investment thinking. With a culture that encourages initiative and new ideas, employees have the opportunity to shape projects and directly influence growth. You'll be managing a Johannesburg based client base so you need to live in Johannesburg but you will have the option to work from home.
A completed honours degree with progress in your CFA studies is essential. You'll have at least 3 years' experience in financial services, ideally as a Wealth Manager or Investment Specialist and a strong understanding of financial markets. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with IFAs are essential.
