Overview – Permanent Role
This role is ideal for recent graduates with a strong academic background and a keen interest in investments, client engagement, and financial markets. Successful candidates will be part of a structured development journey, gaining industry exposure, knowledge, and building a long-term career in financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service across various communication channels
- Respond to and resolve client queries accurately and efficiently
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Apply investment knowledge to support client needs and queries
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Participate in ongoing training and development throughout the programme
- Contribute to continuous improvement of client experience and operational processes
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors of Commerce or Business Science degree (Specialisations/majors in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Investment Management / related fileds)
- Minimum 65% academic average
- Less than 2 years of work experience
- Interest in investments / financial markets
