You'll be the first point of contact for new inbound and outbound leads, reaching out, qualifying interest, and ensuring they align with the ideal client profile. Using your communication skills, you'll set up meetings for the Sales team and keep warm leads engaged over time. You'll manage all your touchpoints through a CRM system, tracking trends, and providing useful feedback to help optimise outreach and conversion. It's a fast-paced role where your efforts directly impact the sales pipeline and overall business growth.
