A meticulous self-starter who thrives on accuracy and clear communication. You're proactive, collaborative and calm under pressure, with the curiosity to challenge, the drive to improve, and the care to deliver reliable answers fast.
You'll take ownership of investment data across security masters, prices, FX, benchmarks, holdings and transactions, building quality controls, managing integrations and keeping downstream feeds stable. You'll lead performance reporting for internal funds and ETFs, steward the total-return engine, and create custom client reports and commentary. Partnering with developers and data engineering, you'll automate workflows and enhance data enrichment. You'll manage benchmarks and GIPS requirements, deliver multi-asset attribution, respond to stakeholder queries with evidence-based explanations, and keep policies, controls and audit documentation in great shape. Expect plenty of variety, visibility and impact.

A completed Bachelor's degree in Finance, mins 3 years experience gained in performance/investment analysis, with proven experience in return and ratio calculations, advanced Excel, Python for analysis/reporting, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. GIPS awareness and performance attribution experience are advantageous. Only candidates currently residing in Cape Town can be considered.
