Analytical, curious and highly organised, you enjoy getting beneath investment performance numbers rather than simply reporting them. You take ownership, stay composed under pressure and communicate complex calculations clearly. You're equally comfortable working independently and collaborating with portfolio managers, client-facing teams and senior stakeholders.
Your focus will span investment performance measurement, equity, multi-asset and fixed-income attribution, analytics and performance reporting. You'll interpret mandates and benchmarks, model performance fees, support GIPS compliance, complete industry survey submissions and strengthen controls and processes. You'll enjoy this because your analysis directly supports investment teams and helps turn complex performance data into meaningful insight.

Bring your completed tertiary qualification in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics or similar, with at least 3 years' Performance Analyst experience gained in asset management. CFA studies or CIPM credentials are beneficial but not essential. Knowledge of investment performance, attribution, fund and investment accounting, GIPS and performance fees is important, while StatPro Revolution, Morningstar and performance attribution system experience will strengthen your application.
