You're a highly analytical finance professional with a strong eye for detail and a natural flair for problem solving. You thrive in structured, routine-driven environments but are just as comfortable adapting to change and resolving complex issues. Known for your ethical standards and clear communication, you work well independently and as part of a close-knit team. Multi-tasking is second nature, and your ability to manage reconciliations, tax filings, and audit responses is what sets you apart.
You'll be part of a dynamic Finance Operations team, ensuring accurate controls across a LISP, Life Company, CIS Manco and retirement funds. From reviewing bank and unit reconciliations to releasing international payments and completing AML reviews, you'll play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly. You'll manage PAYE reconciliations, support tax submissions to SARS, and liaise with external stakeholders. Your contributions will also be key during audit cycles and in resolving operational queries quickly and effectively.
You'll join a respected wealth management firm known for its integrity, professionalism, and long-standing presence in the South African market. With a culture built on continuous improvement, collaboration, and client-first thinking, the organisation offers an empowering environment where your skills will truly matter. You'll be fully office based in professional offices in Claremont, Cape Town.

You understand processes, systems, and data, and bring exceptional numerical accuracy, communication skills, and the ability to learn fast. Only candidates currently residing in Cape Town can be considered.
A market-related salary, a stable permanent position, and the chance to grow within a highly regarded financial institution that values technical strength and professional growth. You will also get a guaranteed 13th cheque and benefits as part of your salary.
