In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining a strong control framework within the first line of defense. You'll provide guidance on policy, procedures, and processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. You'll review cases, manage breaches and incidents, and produce timely management information reports. Your ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and deliver practical solutions will be essential in this dynamic role. You will focus on KYC, CDD and AML regulations.
You'll be joining a leading wealth management firm based in Cape Town CBD. Our client specializes in wealth management and advisory services for high-net-worth individuals and families. To succeed in this role you'll need a completed degree as well as solid investment compliance experience of at least 5 years in the financial services industry, preferably within the fiduciary or investment management sectors. A deep understanding of relevant legislation and regulations (AML, KYC and CDD) is also required. Only candidates currently residing in Cape Town can be considered.
