You're the kind of person who thrives on precision, structure, and doing things right the first time. With your strong analytical mindset and organisational flair, you don't just spot the small details - you understand their impact on the big picture. You take ownership of your work, communicate clearly and confidently with teams, and have a natural ability to research and interpret regulations. A proactive problem-solver, you can adapt to fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards and integrity.
You'll become the go-to person for KYC requests, vendor onboarding, compliance reporting, and maintaining accurate records that safeguard both clients and the business. You'll liaise with brokers, banks, administrators, and internal teams, ensuring smooth completion of due diligence processes, regulatory submissions, and internal compliance audits. This role lets you flex both your administrative precision and your legal or compliance knowledge, while being part of a close-knit, professional team that values trust and teamwork.
Our client is a proudly South African investment firm, globally recognised for delivering market-leading solutions across private and listed asset classes. This is an organisation that values people, encourages growth, and lives by principles of integrity, real relationships, and long-term impact. Expect a culture where your voice matters, your work is meaningful, and excellence is part of the daily routine. You'll be fully office-based in professional offices in Bellville.
You hold a paralegal diploma, a bachelor's degree in law or a relevant compliance qualification. You've built at least 3 years of experience in KYC and AML, ideally within financial services, and are familiar with regulatory frameworks locally and globally. Your admin skills, MS Office knowledge, and written communication are as sharp as your attention to detail.
In addition to a competitive salary, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team driving financial and operational excellence. Our client offers a supportive environment where your contributions are valued, recognized and performance rewarded. With a commitment to employee development and career growth, you'll have access to ongoing training and opportunities to expand your skills.
