What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)
You'll be the operational anchor of a high-touch investment firm, overseeing everything from local and offshore client onboarding and portfolio administration to regulatory alignment and process improvement. Your day will involve managing account documentation, liaising with custodians, ensuring FICA/KYC compliance, compiling financial reports, and handling ad hoc client requests. You'll support fund launches, improve operational procedures, and act as the key point of contact for discerning clients, all while maintaining smooth internal workflows and compliance standards. You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in the trading function as you progress.

What you'll need
You have a BCom or equivalent degree in Finance or Investments, with at least 5 years of experience in investment or fund operations, ideally within an asset management environment. You're familiar with both local and offshore investment structures and fluent in the regulatory frameworks that govern them. Strong Excel skills and experience with systems like Bloomberg or Morningstar will serve you well, as will your ability to manage client relationships with precision and poise.
