You've gained solid experience in investment administration while looking after clients. You thrive in client service, you're passionate about ensuring client satisfaction while having a structured approach to all the required admin. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage end-to-end processes make you the go-to person for administrative precision.
In this role, you will work closely with the investment team, providing efficient and reliable administrative support. You'll manage client onboarding, respond promptly to queries, and assist with investment paperwork. Maintaining customer databases and preparing detailed monthly and quarterly investment reports will also be part of your responsibilities. You'll also ensure compliance with FSCA regulations, conducting KYC and FIC assessments while keeping compliance records up to date. This position will also see you supporting the office with general administration, secretarial duties, and ad-hoc tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the team. To excel in this role, you'll need Matric and at least 3 years of experience in investment administration, particularly within asset management, retirement funds, or unit trusts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential. An investment related diploma/degree is highly advantageous. Your strengths should include clear communication, exceptional organizational skills, ability to work independently, being proactive and having a keen eye for detail.
