You'll play a key role supporting an experienced investment team by ensuring client administration runs seamlessly. From onboarding new retail clients and managing investment paperwork to maintaining client records, preparing investment reports and responding to client queries, you'll be the person who keeps everything on track. You'll also ensure regulatory compliance through KYC and FICA processes while providing general administrative support including Section 14 and 37 transfers. Matric is essential, together with at least 3 years' experience within financial services administration, specifically asset management, retirement funds or unit trusts. Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills are required, along with excellent verbal and written communication, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information professionally.
