As the Client Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a dynamic team that handles investor transactions, payments, reporting, and regulatory compliance. You'll lead the planning and allocation of tasks, ensuring operational accuracy and timeliness while maintaining strict adherence to KYC and FICA requirements. You'll serve as the go-to liaison between investors, fund managers, custodians, and prime brokers, resolving escalated queries and driving process improvements. You will play a key role in staff development, coaching your team to deliver outstanding service in a highly regulated and professional environment.

Prior exposure to investor reporting and transaction oversight will be a distinct advantage.
