Is this you?
You're detail-obsessed, analytical and commercially astute, with a genuine interest in investment markets. A clear, confident communicator, you build strong relationships, take ownership, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Integrity matters to you, as does delivering polished work for discerning clients.
You'll support Portfolio Managers to onboard clients (FICA, fact finds and suitability), prepare proposals and implementation plans, and keep portfolios humming, monitoring positions, drafting trade recommendations and rebalancing when needed. You'll build cash-flow forecasts, compile meeting packs and minutes, respond to client queries, and check monthly/quarterly reports, including reconciliations, CGT estimates and tax statements. You'll produce quarterly commentary, maintain advice records, ensure files are audit-ready, and help resolve trading queries to make sure every instruction is executed accurately and on time.
With an established, internationally connected investment and wealth management business supporting a sophisticated private-client base. You'll join a close-knit Investment Management team with strong ties between Johannesburg and Cape Town, a culture of shared expertise, and a commitment to rigorous, client-centred advice. You'll be based in professional offices in Melrose, Johannesburg.
