Our client provides end-to-end supply chain, warehousing, and transport solutions across South Africa, specializing in FMCG, food-grade, and high-volume commodity logistics is looking for an Inventory Supervisor.

Minimum Requirements
- Clear Crim Record
- Sober Habits
- Willing to work alternative Saturdays
- Willing to work in a fast-paced Warehouse.
- Grade 12 advantageous
- Additional qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Inventory Management is advantageous.
- 3-5 years of inventory, warehouse, or stock control experience.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- WMS Experience and Computer literate
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily inventory operations and warehouse stock control activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of all stock transactions.
- Ensure stock is received, stored, and dispatched according to company procedures.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and variances.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Prepare inventory reports and analyze stock trends to support business decisions.
- Assist with forecasting inventory requirements and maintaining optimal stock levels.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
