About the position
DUR002077LB – Inventory Clerk - Boksburg
Purpose of the job:
To work very closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse from an inventory point of view.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Valid license for Forklift/Reach Truck/Bendi Licence
- Minimum experience of 4 to 5 years in the fields of warehousing, stock control or supply chain is preferred
Technical Competencies and responsibilities
- Warehouse Stock Planning
- Stock Management
- Stock Picking
- Cycle Count / Stock Count Execution
- Housekeeping
Behavioural Competencies:
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Ability to set deadlines and achieve them.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Literacy and numeracy
- Strong computer knowledge including accounting software and Excel skills.
