This is a 3-year Fixed Term Contract position. The closing date for applications will be Friday, 18 March 2022 at 5PM. The salary offer is R277 983.00 per annum. To manage and coordinate inventorisation of heritage resources and ensure that existing databases with various stakeholders are incorporated in the inventory of the national estate as per the requirements of the National Heritage Resources Act.

Geographical Information Systems.
Ability to read, analyse, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. Ability to negotiate with both internal and external stakeholders and/or service providers.
Ability to interpret data, calculate figures and amounts such as percentages and ratios, as well as the ability to present data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
A valid Code EB (08) driver's license.
Computer literacy with regard to the use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as a GIS package such ArcGIS or QGIS.
