Internship Food Safety at Rhodes Food Group

About the position

Food Safety Intern is a 6-12 Months programme aimed at giving the Final Year Student who are studying towards B Science/Diploma/Degree in Food Science/Bio-Technology/Food Technology to have their Workplace Programme prior to completing their Studies.

Job Programme:

• Assist with factory trials (with or without NPD)
• Conduct lab trials and report writing on method and results
• Product retorting verification (datatracers, F0, PU)
• Food Safety System documentation (maintenance and upgrade)
• Internal auditing (PRP's)
• Data logging
• Production quality control activities
• Traceability excersises
• Product retorting verification (datatracers, F0, PU)
• Internal auditing (PRP's)

Reguirement:

• Currently Studying towards Diploma/Degree in Food Science/Technology
• grade 12
• Computer Literacy
• Willing to relocate to Makhado
