About the position

Key Responsibilities

Group Reporting & Consolidation

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements across multiple entities.
  
  
• Ensure accuracy, compliance with IFRS, and alignment with group policies.
  
  
• Maintain intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  
  

Financial Control & Compliance

• Support statutory audits, tax submissions, and regulatory filings in each jurisdiction.
  
  
• Ensure adherence to local accounting standards while maintaining consistent group reporting.
  
  
• Develop, implement, and monitor strong financial controls across all regions.
  
  

Management Reporting & Insights

• Deliver clear, insightful management accounts, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
  
  
• Partner with regional leadership to provide financial analysis for strategic decision-making.
  
  
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis at both group and entity levels.
  
  

Process Improvement & Systems

• Drive process efficiency across finance operations and reporting cycles.
  
  
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of financial systems and tools.
  
  
• Champion best practices to streamline group-wide reporting and control.
  
  

Business Partnering & Collaboration

• Work closely with finance teams across different regions to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  
  
• Support senior leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects.
  
  
• Build strong cross-border relationships, acting as a connector between teams and markets.
