About the position
Well established company on the East Rand seeks an Internal Telesales Representative
In this role, you'll be the voice of the business—responsible for reaching out to new prospects, reactivating past clients, and building lasting relationships. You'll combine outbound cold calling with strong inbound support, guiding customers through their buying journey and delivering exceptional service.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Cold calling to generate new leads and grow our customer base
- Reconnecting with dormant accounts to revive sales opportunities
- Providing tailored product advice and solutions over phone, email, or video
- Managing objections, closing deals, and exceeding targets
- Keeping accurate records in our CRM and collaborating with internal teams
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to boost customer value
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years in telesales or internal sales (cold calling experience essential)
- A proactive, persuasive communicator who thrives on hitting targets
- Strong customer focus with a problem-solving mindset
- Confident using Microsoft Office; experience with Bluwave or Sage Evolution is a bonus
- Resilient, organised, and self-motivated
